A billing threshold and a daily spending limit are different controls. Confusing them can lead to incorrect payment and budget expectations.
Billing threshold
Under automatic billing, the threshold helps determine when accumulated unpaid advertising costs trigger a charge. Remaining costs may also be collected on the account's billing date.
For example, a $500 threshold can trigger collection when unpaid costs reach approximately that amount. It is not $500 of free advertising or a monthly advertising budget.
Daily spending limit
A daily spending limit concerns how much the account can spend within the platform's applicable daily period. It is separate from the budget you set for a campaign or ad set.
A high billing threshold does not prove that the account has a high daily limit. Inspect both settings and any platform notices.
Plan using the right controls
Set campaign budgets around your goals, keep funds available for billing, and account for any daily restriction. If delivery stops, read the specific reason before changing settings.
When ordering a threshold account from MH Ads Agency, confirm payment arrangements and actual spending capacity separately.
